Sold on the "black market" in the 1950s, the company used the unauthorized image of Boston Red Sox hero Ted Williams to sell their product. This rare curiosity demonstrates the confluence of popular culture, business entrepreneurship, and baseball hero worship during that period. Unopened, this packet is in pristine condition with the plastic wrapper and red seal. It contains three prophylactics and was manufactured by National Hygienic Products in New York. Mesaures 1.5 x 2.
