This over-sized circa 1896 cabinet photograph of Honus Wagner's first professional team, the Paterson Silk Weavers, (1896, 1897) measures 16" x 12". This photograph originated from the Honus Wagner Estate and actually hung in Honus Wagner's bar. This is the first time that we have ever seen this actual photograph other than its reproduction appearing in historical reporting. Wagner is one of the first players to be inducted into Baseball's Hall of Fame and is considered by many to be the best all-around player in baseball history.
