Al Jolson Signed 1949-1950 Agent Contract
American singer Al Jolson has signed this 1949 contract with the William Morris Agency to be his agency of record from October 26, 1949 ending September 30, 1950, in black ink. Jolson was known as "The World's Greatest Entertainer", for his major musical contributions to stage and screen. Considered one of the most important entertainers of the 20th century, his music is still used today in soundtracks, most recently in the 2005 version of "King Kong." Measures 8.5 x 11.
